Election 2024

I wrote a post-election rumination, in 2016, when Trump defeated Hillary Clinton.

Hmmm… we had the opportunity then to have the first woman President. Didn’t work

out.

It’s Election, 2024. Former President, and now convicted felon, Donald Trump vs. Vice

President Kamala Harris.

Donald Trump represents incompetence and authoritarianism and is a convicted felon.

He and his many minions in the Republican Party want to minimize, thwart and

endanger the voting process. Donald Trump’s public record is toxic, indefensible and

should offend anyone with an ounce of moral integrity.

Kamala Harris is intelligent, experienced, knows the law and the Constitution of the

United States. She will protect our fundamental institutions and will allow space for

debate. She will be the first woman President. That’s a pretty good start right there,

and considering the alternative, there really is no other right choice.

I’m voting for Democrats and against a fascist agenda.
